$1,250,000.00 Settlement for Cervical Fusion Caused as a Result of a Motor Vehicle Accident.

On October 10, 2006, during Mediation, Feldman Shepherd attorneys, John M. Dodig, Esquire and Jason A. Daria, Esquire, were successful in obtaining a $1,250,000.00 settlement for Patrick Kane, a forty-five (45) year old mason who was injured in a motor vehicle accident which occurred on July 25, 2003.

Mr. Kane was injured when the minivan he was operating was struck from behind by a vehicle owned by Steamfitters’ Local Union 420. Patrick Kane sustained injuries to his cervical spine which necessitated triple level fusion at C4 through C7.

Feldman Shepherd attorneys, Dodig and Daria, feel that the significant settlement resulted from testimony at the Mediation Hearing detailing the effect Patrick Kane’s injuries have had not only on himself, but his wife and two (2) young children.
